This book introduces techniques for learning to physically defend yourselves and to become a better person through Taekwondo. In this book I walk you through the meaning and essence of Traditional Taekwondo as a method of self-defense and a way of life. I walk the reader through the five tenants of taekwondo: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-control, and Indomitable Spirit. While doing this I share with you the knowledge which I have gained through my over 35 years experience in the martial arts. Along the way through the book I share with you some of my most fondest memories of my Taekwondo carrier and how Taekwondo inspired my life. When all is said and done I hope you consider Traditional Taekwondo training for yourself.
