On February 20, 2023 Arun Salgunan received his 6th Dan Black belt in taekwondo Chang Moo Kwan. Grandmaster Doug Cook recommended Arun for promotion to 6th Dan. Arun then applied to GM Martin Nathan Marcus of the Chang Moo Kwan who accepted Arun. Who then in turn recommended Arun to Joong Young Kim, Ph.D. President and GM of the World Taekwondo Chang Moo Kwan HQ, who promoted Arun. Thank you!
