On April 30, 2023 TPM Martial Arts attended a USTA Poomsae Special Seminar. The seminar was held at the Chosun Taekwondo Academy located in Warwick, NY. The seminar held by Grandmaster Doug Cook (President of the USTA), lead the class through various traditional taekwondo forms (or patterns). At the end of the seminar those in attendance received a certificate of participation. Then unexpectedly (to my surprise) GM Cook made a special recognition speach about me and my dedication and loyalty to the Chosun Taekwondo Academy and the USTA. He then presented me with a framed certificate. When asked to say a few words Arun “Thanked GM Cook for everything he had done for Arun, TPM Martial Arts and thanked all who attended the seminar.”
